Our Return Policy
- Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of your purchase.
- Condition of Products:
- Perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-6 working days for us to process your return or exchange request.
Important Notes
- Returns are only applicable for online purchases.
- Products must be returned in their original condition:
- If the cellophane or box is missing or damaged beyond its original state, a small fee may apply.
- For perfumes, if more than 10% of the product is used, the return will unfortunately not be eligible. No fees apply for negligible usage or unopened products.
