Perfumes must have at least 95% of the product remaining in the bottle.
Processing Time: Please allow 6-7 working days for us to process your return or exchange request.

Returns are only applicable for online purchases.
Products must be returned in their original condition:
If the cellophane or box is missing or damaged beyond its original state, a small fee may apply.
For perfumes, if more than 5% of the product is used, the return will unfortunately not be eligible. No fees apply for unopened products.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund. Please consider this before making a purchase.
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
